Understand which subscription changes, when it changes, and what happens to your work.
Start in the right billing scope
Open Personal or the specific workspace in Billing. One account can have several subscriptions. Canceling one renewal does not cancel the others, leave a workspace or delete your Notes account.
Review the whole commitment
The order review should identify the payer, plan, billing cadence, member quantity, currency, any taxes, the amount due today and the next renewal. Annual prices are charged once a year: Personal USD 60, Team USD 120 per person, and Business USD 192 per person. The displayed monthly equivalent is not a monthly installment.
Check the effect on shared work
Before reducing seats or moving to a lower plan, review capacity, shared-work ownership, organizational controls and retained history. Those consequences depend on the chosen commercial policy. A plan change must not quietly convert a free selected-note participant into a paid workspace member.
Keep distinct actions distinct
Canceling renewal, requesting a refund, deleting an account and erasing local device data are separate choices. Use the actual biller’s management route and keep the resulting confirmation. If payment or cancellation is uncertain, check the existing operation before repeating it.
