What does an invited colleague need?
A free Notes account and a supported device. They can join the notes you share without buying a plan.
Where do personal notes fit?
Personal notes belong to you. Joining a workspace doesn’t expose them, and workspace admins can’t see them.
What happens when someone leaves?
Removing a person stops their future access. It can’t erase copies already on their devices, so remove access as soon as it’s no longer needed.
Does everyone have to use an agent?
No. Agents are optional. Teammates can read and edit everything in Notes without one.
