Pricing questions
Does everyone need a paid plan?
No. Personal subscribers can invite people into selected notes, and those people join with a free account. A managed shared workspace is part of Team and Business.
Can I start without an account?
Yes. Download Notes and write on your device. Create an account when you want sync. Some app stores have their own account requirements.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once a year: $60 per person for Personal, $120 for Team and $192 for Business. The monthly figure shown with yearly billing is for comparison only.
Is AI included?
No. Notes works with an agent you choose, and you set up its model provider separately.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plan changes and cancellation are handled in your account. See the billing policy for how changes take effect.
