Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

Understand the commitment and find the right place to manage it.

At a glance

Personal is USD 6 monthly or 60 yearly per person. Team is USD 12 or 120. Business is USD 20 or 192. Annual prices are annual charges, not monthly installments.

What each plan is for

Free provides full local notes without an account and participation in invited selected notes through a free account. Personal adds hosted cross-device sync, storage, history and live collaboration in selected notes. Team adds a managed shared workspace and pooled capacity. Business adds identity, provisioning, administration and audit controls. Enterprise is a contact route for negotiated terms or support, not a separate priced tier.

Price and billing cadence

Monthly charges are USD 6 per person for Personal, 12 for Team and 20 for Business. Annual charges are USD 60, 120 and 192 per person respectively. Their monthly equivalents are 5, 10 and 16. Personal and Team save two months; Business saves 20%. No trial, introductory discount or bundled model allowance is established. Tax presentation and the actual merchant of record still require confirmation.

Payer, workspace and invitee scope

A personal subscription and a business workspace have separate billing records. Membership alone does not authorize financial access. A normal invitation to a selected note must not become an unannounced paid seat. Before a paid-member action, show the incremental cost and effective date. Multiple workspaces do not imply a single subscription or bundled Personal entitlement.

Upgrades, downgrades and seats

Review the current and proposed plan, cadence, quantity, payer, amount due now and next renewal before confirming. A changed input or expired quote requires a new review. Exact proration, credits, seat-reduction timing, allowances and over-limit rules have not been fixed and must be decided before a transaction can use them.

Cancel renewal

Start from the subscription you intend to change and its actual biller. The confirmation should state when renewal stops, when access changes and what remains available. Cancellation is distinct from a refund, account deletion, workspace closure and local erasure. The eventual policy must explain effects on capacity, history and collaboration.

Request a refund

Choose the transaction and verified biller. A request should show amount, payment destination and subscription consequences, then provide an observable requested/approved/completed state. Eligibility, processing times and any mandatory rights require review. This draft imposes neither a blanket no-refund rule nor an invented refund window.

Invoices, receipts and details

Authorized payers should be able to retrieve the complete available document history. Update future billing details in the relevant scope; an issued invoice may need a separate correction process. Sign-in email, billing email and recovery information are separate.

Payment and service continuity

A payment-method update, settled invoice and activated entitlement are separate facts. Uncertain payments should be reconciled before retrying. Grace periods, restoration timing and retention after nonpayment depend on adopted policy. Do not buy a duplicate subscription solely because access has not yet updated.

Direct and store billing

If store subscriptions are offered, the actual biller determines management, payment-repair and refund routes. Device type alone does not identify the purchase channel. Chosen storefronts and billing integrations need verification before store-specific instructions are published.
