This direction is about notes and team knowledge: writing, organizing, finding context and working together. It does not promise database, form, website, automation or suite-wide AI parity.
Does privacy mean giving up live collaboration?
The intended Notes experience includes live editing and discussion within protected personal and shared notes. It also distinguishes offline local work from delivery to other people.
Can staff recover encrypted notes?
Account recovery and decryption recovery are different. What can be restored depends on the actual keys, trusted devices and recovery setup. Support must not bypass the protected-content boundary.
